Tulum is located in the heart of Riviera Maya, it is divided into three main areas: Tulum Hotel Zone: where you can enjoy the road on foot or by bicycle between the palm trees and the mangrove, you can also find shops of local producers, restaurants, bars, cafes a few meters from the beach.

Tulum Archaeological Zone: it is located on the top of a cliff overlooking the Caribbean Sea, here you can visit archaeological settlements such as El Castillo, one of the highest and most important foundations in the Mayan culture.

Tulum Pueblo where you will find a sample of the local gastronomy.

The common areas and natural spaces allow the creation of meeting points with outdoor activities, shopping and recreation squares, places where safety and well-being are promoted creating the concept of community, a place with identity and soul, always on the move, where Neighbors get to know each other, participate and take care of each other. THE NEW CENTER OF TULUM

You will be barely 20 minutes from Xcacel: turtle nesting site and 30 minutes from the most important national and internationally recognized ecotourism parks: Xcaret, Xenses, Xplor.

From Tulum you can take the ferry to Isla Mujeres, you can have access to the Cancun and Chetumal airports.

You can be close to the most important Golf Courses internationally. You will be at a key point to visit settlements such as Cobá, Chichen Itzá and of course Valladolid, Pueblo Mágico.
